Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Analyze emerging tech patents and market disruptions to identify competitive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven allocation frameworks
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists and build high-performing innovation teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record launching future-focused products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation management
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight qualification preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech innovation journals
- Fluency in strategic forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives across 5+ continents
