- Collaborate with product teams to integrate cutting-edge solutions into our ecosystem
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for innovation initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to access early-stage innovations
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption and implementation
- Monitor global tech policy developments and anticipate regulatory impacts on innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercial tech products with 2026+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D pipelines
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and technology evangelism
