Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability for 2026 market readiness
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts impacting future innovation landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
