- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Present executive briefings on technology disruption risks and opportunities
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget allocation across priority innovation streams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscape and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex scenarios
