Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record leading AI/ML or quantum computing projects
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong network with Silicon Valley and Austin tech innovation hubs
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology management frameworks
