Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech integration, and ambient AI ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab partners and NASA research divisions
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen neural interfaces and brain-computer interfaces
- Secure $50M+ in federal grants and venture capital for experimental technology incubation
- Present at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forums on the societal impact of 2026 technologies
- Mentor a team of PhD researchers in applied futurism and exponential technology adoption
- Drive patent portfolio expansion in quantum encryption and sustainable AI infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact (e.g., quantum computing, neural networks)
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Kurzweal Singularity)
- Deep knowledge of emerging regulations (EU AI Act, US Quantum Computing Act) and ethical AI development
- Published research in Nature or Science on future technology adoption patterns
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and leading international research consortia
- Fluency in at least two of: Python, Rust, Q# with quantum computing certifications
