Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligning innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to accelerate prototyping and validation
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage adoption
- Quantify ROI and risk factors for emerging technology investments
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, climate tech, or biotech
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI assessment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in innovation or tech strategy (preferred)
