- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies in collaboration with global policy councils
- Partner with R&D teams to translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable product roadmaps
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors securing $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum research labs and neurotech startups
- Monitor geopolitical tech policy shifts and adapt strategy accordingly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching products based on future technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology
- Expertise in technology ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, and climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Experience securing and managing $100M+ R&D budgets
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
