Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2027 horizon) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and emerging tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
