Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible innovation and technology deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Mentor talent in future technologies and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong track record of launching technology products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and responsible AI principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience building diverse, high-performing technical teams
