- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and launch pilot projects in futuristic domains
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections and risk assessments
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption in 2026
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, AGI development, synthetic biology, or decentralized networks
- Certification in futures thinking or technology forecasting (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong grasp of ethical AI governance and sustainable tech principles
- Executive presence with successful stakeholder management across global organizations
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
