Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems
- Conduct bias audits across machine learning pipelines using federated learning techniques
- Develop real-time monitoring dashboards for AI decision transparency
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment with neuro-ethicists
- Advocate regulatory compliance for quantum-encrypted AI models
- Author white papers on AI safety for academic and policy audiences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems and EU AI Act compliance
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Proficiency in Python with experience in fairness libraries (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or similar organization
