Responsibilities

- Develop future-proof frameworks for ethical tech implementation and regulatory compliance
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build cross-functional innovation labs with academia, government, and industry partners
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts affecting technological adoption
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or strategic partnerships
- Published thought leadership on future technologies or innovation strategy
- Strong network within Silicon Valley, academic institutions, and global tech ecosystems
