- Lead innovation workshops and scenario planning sessions with executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Assess market readiness and regulatory implications of new technologies
- Build relationships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology insights and recommendations to C-suite leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of AI, IoT, blockchain, and quantum computing landscapes
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
