Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) to identify market opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and maintain 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future innovation priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups specializing in future tech
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience influencing C-suite executives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
