Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and mitigate disruption risks
- Establish KPI frameworks for technology maturity and competitive positioning
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Produce technology impact assessments and scenario planning documents
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven experience forecasting technology trends with 5+ year accuracy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
