Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to integrate innovations into market-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations and technology roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitive intelligence
- Drive adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies across organizational functions
- Manage vendor/partner relationships for emerging technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
