Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or similar leadership role
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, or quantum computing with practical implementation experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan) a plus
