Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate disruptive solutions for emerging markets
- Design and execute strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable technology transitions
- Present future-vision insights to executive stakeholders and board members, translating complex scenarios into actionable strategies
- Build and mentor an internal innovation lab focused on 2026 technology adoption curves
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and trend forecasting reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their socioeconomic implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems modeling capabilities
- Track record of translating future insights into implemented business strategies
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM) preferred
