Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist the support team with troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining client satisfaction during weekend shifts.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain project databases and documentation using industry-standard tools.
- Code Review: Review code snippets and provide constructive feedback to senior developers to learn best practices.
- Project Assistance: Support ongoing development projects by performing QA testing and bug tracking.
- Client Communication: Draft and send clear status updates and reports to stakeholders on weekends.
- Learning & Development: Attend weekly training sessions and tech talks to enhance your skillset.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship.
- Strong interest in Information Technology or Software Development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work the Weekend Shift (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
