Responsibilities
- SEO Content Management: Assist the marketing team in researching keywords and updating website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Night Support Operations: Monitor incoming support tickets and resolve technical issues for US-based clients during off-peak hours.
- Data Analysis: Compile nightly performance reports and analyze user traffic data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues for remote team members and clients.
- Website Maintenance: Perform routine updates to internal databases and assist in A/B testing landing pages.
- Communication: Liaise between the night shift team and day operations to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, and SEO principles.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
