Responsibilities
- Support Weekend Operations: Assist the operations team in managing daily workflows and ensuring seamless execution during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present data reports to identify trends and assist in strategic decision-making.
- Project Assistance: Collaborate with senior staff on ongoing projects, contributing fresh perspectives and creative solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Represent the company brand by interacting with clients and partners during weekend shifts.
- Research & Development: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support the marketing department's initiatives.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities and project updates.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
