Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026's emerging tech stack (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI governance and decentralized autonomous systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-proof digital transformation roadmaps
- Present strategic blueprints at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES, TechCrunch Disrupt)
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with 15 cross-disciplinary researchers
- Author industry white papers cited by IEEE and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent 10+ years experience)
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough technologies (patents required)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, generative AI, and climate tech convergence
- Experience advising C-suite executives on 5-10 year tech strategy
- Published author in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit)
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for defense-contracted R&D projects
