Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, focusing on AI, quantum, and Web3 convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends and their competitive implications for our industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on strategic priorities
- Partner with C-suite to translate technology insights into business strategy
- Manage innovation incubator programs for experimental technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech research team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in translating technical concepts to business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated success in scaling technology-driven initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
