Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence) with disruptive potential
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing pilot projects for next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes through proprietary intelligence systems
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product development and operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching future-focused initiatives in tech or adjacent industries
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation methodologies (e.g., CFM, CSM)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
