Qualifications

- Expertise in AI ethics, blockchain architecture, and climate-tech
- Strong background in securing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German required
- Certified in ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 standards
