- Lead R&D partnerships with MIT, Caltech, and global innovation labs
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine augmentation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across 15+ pilot projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from lab to market
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DoD Tier 3 certification
