Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems) for commercial viability
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate complex tech concepts into actionable strategies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into existing product ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Build and maintain a network of academic and industry innovators
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech initiatives
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Portfolio of published research or strategic frameworks
