Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with organizational vision
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and pilot emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
