Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight hours
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure security protocols
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and system updates in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on cross-functional IT projects
- Assist with hardware/software deployments and asset management
- Participate in quarterly cybersecurity drills and training sessions
- Support data backup verification and disaster recovery testing
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Customer service experience preferred
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
- Available to work 12am-8am, 3-4 nights per week
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license (for occasional off-site support)
