Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain system performance and stability during evening hours.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of software updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct routine security audits and data backups.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status).
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in a career in IT support or cybersecurity.
- Availability to work a consistent Night Shift schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, or networking protocols.
