Responsibilities
- Support nightly system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting across IT infrastructure
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on after-hours projects and deployments
- Document processes, create technical guides, and maintain knowledge bases
- Monitor network security, performance metrics, and alert systems overnight

Qualifications
