Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through competitive grant applications
- Mentor junior researchers in futuristic technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, AGI alignment, or molecular computing
- Successful track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global collaboration
- Portfolio of deployed AI/quantum solutions with measurable impact
