Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate future technologies into current product pipelines
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to assess feasibility and ROI of emerging technology investments
- Establish KPIs to track the adoption and impact of implemented future technology strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology trends and assessing market readiness for emerging innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
