Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies with 3+ years in strategic planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast tech adoption curves
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Published research or patents in future technologies (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Track record of commercializing innovative technologies
