Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and geopolitical trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and business model transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate future-thinking capabilities across organizational silos
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, technologies, and partnerships for strategic acquisition
- Champion ethical innovation practices and sustainable development principles
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting with proven trend forecasting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Strong data literacy with experience in trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
