- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to position InnovateForward as an industry thought leader
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate technological insights into actionable product development plans
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and innovation maturity across organizational units
- Represent InnovateForward at global tech summits and publish thought leadership on emerging trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications in technology management or innovation leadership (e.g., CTO Academy, SingularityU)
