Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Create frameworks for ethical technology implementation and risk mitigation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis for 5-10 year horizons
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
