- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation decisions
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership
- Experience scaling teams and managing complex technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis and scenario planning
