Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable impact
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept validation to market deployment
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and competitive disruption
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology vision to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Drive innovation culture through mentorship and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Global perspective on tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
