Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging tech
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform innovation priorities
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies with $1M+ budgets
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI and biotech implementation
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing $500K+ innovation budgets
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive/board communications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or futurism
