- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging innovations
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech, etc.)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Certifications in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CSTM, CDMP) preferred
