Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, neurotech) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Develop technology investment frameworks and ROI models for R&D initiatives
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 industry benchmarks
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and specialized tech conferences
- Build and manage a global network of technology scouts and academic partners
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling executive narratives
- Oversee technology incubation programs for early-stage startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, or quantum computing
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Product Innovation Management (PIM)
- Experience building technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
