Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) into core business strategy
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate technological disruptions and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for resource allocation
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and technology pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology-driven products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication skills
- Industry certifications (e.g., CTO, PMP, or technology-specific credentials) preferred
- Experience in venture capital, corporate innovation labs, or tech startups highly valued
