- Present at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Summits on future tech policy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives (e.g., D-Wave, IBM Quantum)
- Expertise in emerging tech ethics frameworks (IEEE 7000, EU AI Act compliance)
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants and international innovation grants
- Published research in Nature Futures or ACM Digital Libraries on tech evolution
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
