Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies to identify opportunities for 2026+ product development
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Drive innovation workshops to foster creative thinking across departments
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum AI) preferred
- Experience in startup or high-growth tech environment required
