Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap through quantitative market analysis and competitive benchmarking
- Lead cross-functional discovery sprints to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable innovation in alignment with ESG principles
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement across 12-24 month horizons
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy with tech focus
- Proven track record launching products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (foresight, scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Deep knowledge of at least three emerging tech domains (Web3, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in agile/Scrum and technology valuation frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience speaking at global tech forums
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
