Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Design and implement the core infrastructure for next-generation AI and machine learning systems focused on the 2026 timeline.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term technical roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum-ready systems, AGI integration) that will shape our future.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy systems to ensure seamless integration with future-proof AI models.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate high-level business goals into technical specifications.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI, ML, or Future Tech sectors.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and design scalable solutions for high-volume systems.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Proven track record of staying ahead of industry trends and applying emerging technologies to business problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
