Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Author white papers and industry reports on paradigm-shifting technologies
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental tech incubation projects
- Represent the firm at global tech summits and patent strategy forums
- Mentor junior strategists on futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology consulting or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech implications
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Track record of securing patents for breakthrough innovations
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international partnerships
