Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical systems during overnight shifts with 24/7 operational support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions
- Document processes and create operational knowledge base articles
- Participate in innovation sprints to improve workflow efficiency
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and data integrity protocols
- Contribute to system upgrade testing and validation processes
- Present findings to leadership teams during weekly sync meetings
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field)
- Availability for night shift (11 PM - 7 AM) with weekend flexibility
- Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or network troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must start between June-September 2023
